Time & Costs

USA: We offer free USPS standard shipping (3 – 7 days) on all US orders or just $5 for USPS priority mail (2 -3 days)!

Our packages typically ship the same day if your order is placed during business hours; if your order is placed after business hours, we will ship the following business day. You will receive an email after we ship with your tracking number. If you didn’t get an order confirmation email, whitelist emails from support@ycbdsmooresville.com, or email us with inquiries.

Help, I Didn’t Get My Package!

We haven’t lost a package yet – but if you do, here are some steps to follow
1. Check your tracking number to see if it’s been delivered.
2. Contact your neighbors or your building manager to determine if it went to the wrong place. Our boxes are typically small, white 6 x 4 boxes from Supernova Services & Merchandise LLC
3. Call or visit your local post office with your tracking number, and see if they have any information.
4. Contact us at support@ycbdsmooresville.com with your order number, and we’ll help you out!
